The Switched On policy wording is applicable to this service. Please refer to the policy wording for full terms and conditions, however you will not be required to pay an excess for this service.

Any data collected by Air Doctor will be used for the sole purpose of providing medical assistance and will not be used for any other means, including marketing.

If it appears that you require treatment over a longer period of time then Air Doctor will put you in touch with Switched On’s emergency assistance provider.

^†While there will be no fee for using the Air Doctor service, if further treatment is required your policy excess may apply on any subsequent claims.

Please be aware that if you are travelling to Egypt, Cuba, Tunisia, China, Lebanon, Venezuela or Zimbabwe, Air Doctor is not available in these destinations. However, Switched On’s emergency medical assistance helpline is available worldwide.
